Poor customer service from the start when I booked I was charged an extra £6 for a room with a window that it turns out cannot be used and couldn’t even see out of them they were that dirty. I paid an Extra £20 for early check in of course my own choice but to find the room was so small you walk around had to climb over bed to move around couldn’t see tv unless stood in toilet no facilities no towels. So instead of what was planned for the day we decided to walk around Leeds city centre and thought it’ll be fine just to sleep in but the pillow cases had black smudges all over and the sheet had what I HOPE was chocolate AllOver it, so we left and didn’t stay the night upon leaving I was going to speak with person at reception soon as I started to talk her words were yes ok your checking out!!!!!! No offer to rectify the situation or give us a different room. Safe to say if I’d of given the key £61.40 to one of the homeless they of spent it better NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL WE USE EASY HOTELS hopefully hotels.com can arrange me a refund. I wouldn’t put a wild animal in the room was put in
