Room was clean and tidy and staff helpful. Poor nights sleep due to other guests and people knocking on doors. There was also a wide variety of items outside the window ranging from sanitary pads to booze bottles, vapes and clothing!

It really is true you get what you pay for. The hotel was a bit dinghy, needed modernising and although the room was very spacious there was no bath, no phone to call reception for extra towels, no mat for the shower. Just a big disappointment. The area it was located felt very unsafe - even during the day. We have stayed in Leeds before around the Granary Wharf area, but thought we would give here a try. We won’t be returning.

Unfortunately an alarm went off on the road outside during the night some decent secondary glazing might help. Also whilst my wife was in reception staff were trying to get a rat out the foyer apparently it had run in off the street again nobody’s fault and I don’t know what could be done we were just unlucky I guess.All in all it suited our purpose for the the concert we attended it was fine for a night.
