I don’t like the fact I contacted Travelocity yesterday via email and you haven’t even acknowledged my message. Place was a dump and we didn’t stay. Rented a suitable place for 270 down the street. Thanks for us having to spend more money because you showed false advertising for this place

Bathroom was dirty with hairs when we checked into our room. Property was laden with trash and garbage. Hotel personnel were not hospitable.

Convenient location to Stockbridge, Ma

Pros: convenient location
Cons: remodeling of the entire facility
Location: Shrine of Divine Mercy Norman Rockwell Museum Red Lion Inn
Friendly staff on arrival, very helpful recommending places to eat. Rooms were clean but not up to our usual accommodations when travelling. Had to climb stairs to get to our room on the second floor. Ice machine only on the first floor. Hotels in Stockbridge were sold out and this is very convenient to get to the Shrine of Divine Mercy, only minutes away. Not much to offer at the continental breakfast(we ate in town).

basic place to stay for the price

Pros: clean facilities and helpful staff.
Cons: It needs serious capital improvements, like stairs, decking, bathroom floors to be a pleasant place to stay, for even a low budget facility
Location: convenient to Lenox MA.,were we attended events.
an older facility that has been maintained at a basic level but not upgraded to remain attractive or pleasing.

this was the nastiest hotel i have ever stepped foot in!!!!!

Cons: dirty
Well my daughters birthday was this week so e decided to stay out in mass and take her shopping, its only an hour from my house but we wanted to do a few thing so e figured e would start the night. We got to a little after one and went to check in,as soon as u walk in to the office you could smell the funk hit you right in the face. They gave us a room and the moment you walked in you could tell the room was disgusting, it had the worst oder, i pulled the sheets back and the sheets were dirty, the mattress was falling apart... I would never let my children sleep in this hotel... Needless to say w took the hour drive back home after shopping..... Never waste ur money on this place.its the worst

Few day in lee,ma

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Cons: No free Internet
For one night that i stood there was pretty good.. i would defenetly stay again if i was to go that way again..

Clean

The room was quiet and clean, the staff was friendly. Despite what webite indicates they are not pet friendly. We have a tiny dog, so we snuck him in & out daily. Because they are not Pet friendly, I wont stay there again, but if that changes, I would stay there again without hesitation. The bottome bedsheet which was not fitted, wouldnt stay on the bed and each morning we awoke on the mattress, which was ackward.

Clean, but run down

This hotel was clean, but run down. Not a place I would feel comfortable staying in with my children without my husband. The price was very cheap but I would not stay there again. Sometimes you get what you pay for.
