The room and breakfast were very disappointing compared to other HIE's we have stayed with. It seemed like a fairly new property but flaws in the room (especially bathroom) made you wonder what has happened to that room before and where was the attention to detail? The tub was missing part of the porcelain finish and was "painted" in. The paint stuck to your feet after the shower. The baseboards were tile with pieces missing. The toilet paper roller was falling off the wall. The ceiling looked like a dartboard. Lampshades in the room were dented and bent. The breakfast- (Don't normally expect much)- The eggs were ok but the potatoes were raw and links almost the same. The pancake machine did not work. No pre-maid oatmeal. A few in our group skipped breakfast and stopped somewhere else to eat. No issues with the staff and the check in- out process went very well. I hope this is a one off location as we have booked two more HIE's in the near future.

The front desk staff was great. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The breakfast was a disappointment. The pancake machine was offline. Scrambled eggs weren't available. Turkey Bacon and Turkey sausage instead of real bacon and sausage. Didn't try the biscuits and gravy. The coffee was bad.

Found a used tissue between pillows, several hairs on bathroom floor and surface peeling in tub. Following breakfast an employee wandered over while staring at her phone and turned off the television (while I was watching it) then turned off the lights. Otherwise, the facility was nice. Beds were comfortable and I would definitely stay again, but not for the breakfast or friendly staff. The workout space was very nice. Parking and location were great!

Front desk staff was very accommodating, and very friendly. Even my little grandson who is 4 said "nana that lady was so nice." We had a light over our bed that would not go off, I really didn't want to switch rooms with a 4 yr old and we were tired. She came up and remediated the issue..my daughter lives in Leander and we always stay at this hotel. Wish I could remember her name. She also gave us an extra blanet to use for our stay.

Room was clean, breakfast is very basic, the most annoying part is there are a line of trucks parked by the entrance making it very hard to get out of the parking lot - no visibility - not sure why the trucks are parked there - causing a traffic hazard every time we got out. The hotel needs to fix this.
