Great for one night stay

Clean, quiet, close to CDG. Used Uber instead of shuttle, about the same price. Restaurant had decent choices, we didn’t eat there. Nice lounge too. Would’nt hesitate to book again.

A dated hotel close to the airport but nothing else. We were hungry when we arrived at 2:00 PM but the restaurant didn’t open until 7 PM. The buffet dinner was just okay. The hotel did provide a shuttle to the airport for a fee.

Very disappointed in the service we received. We waited 3 hours in the lobby for our room to be ready without any caring or concern from the staff. The receptionist seemed ‘put out’ the two times I asked for an update. When we finally got to our room we found just one thin pillow each. There was no phone in the room so when I asked at reception for two more pillows, I was told that there were none to be had. The walls were so thin we could hear our neighbors opening their suitcases. We tried to get a pre dinner drink at the bar but the staff were all having their break in the adjacent restaurant and we were completely ignored. Finally when a staff member got himself a coffee he told us that dinner and the bar opened at 7pm. Again there was no concern for our comfort. Although the buffet dinner was tasty, the hot dishes were just lukewarm. There was a shuttle bus to the airport but despite being the only passengers, we were not dropped off at our terminal but at another terminal which required us to take another bus and a train and 40 minutes to get to our desired terminal. I speak French so this was not a language barrier just poor service and complete lack of concern for our needs or comfort.

Ce qui fait que je mets de bonne note dans l’ensemble est dĂ» Ă  l’hĂŽtelier d’accueil qui m’a reçu hier soir. Ce monsieur a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©able et a l’écoute ce qui a Ă©tĂ© dĂ©terminant. Je souligne Ă©galement le service de transport , qui pareil ont su m’accueillir et m’accompagner trĂšs correctement Ă  l’hĂŽtel. En revanche je ne fĂ©licite pas l’équipe que j’ai eu au tĂ©lĂ©phone. Quand on se sait pas d’ailleurs, je dirai qu’il est mieux de s’abstenir de donner des informations erronĂ©es. Entre le premier que j’ai qui m’indique qu’il faut payer le chauffeur de la navette en espĂšce 8€ À/R. Et celle qui m’explique qu’il faut attendre la navette Ă  la sortie du terminal. J’ai envie de dire, discuter avec vos collĂšgues au lieu de raconter n’importe quoi.

There was a smoke smell in the room, it was supposed to be a non smoking room. The toilet sit was dirty. No comfort on the bed. I guess may be that's the price for cheap hotel.
