It was a great stay and it was great having the beach within working distance from the house. The aircon is a great added feature that really helps getting a goodnight’s sleep. Even though it’s clearly stated that sheets and towels are not included, I think when you hit the price range it should be.

We really loved it!

Our big family spent a fortnight in this lovely house in July 2017.The house is nicely planned, lots of space and a quite marvellous sea-view from the rooms, from the terrace and from the pool. The children loved the pool and improved their swimming-skills during the visit. We loved the quiet surroundings with the little nice shop nearby and the small beach across the road. It was just perfect for a family holiday and we are longing back. We do recommend this villa to everyone who wants comfort, beautiful environs and a wonderful piece of France to live in for a while. Belle villa avec une super vue sur la baie de Pramousquier, la vue de là piscine à débordement magnifique dont on ne se lasse pas, la surface de la maison permet de ne pas être les uns sur les autres, le questyier est vraiment calme. Les propriétaires l’t été très disponibles lorsqu’on les a sollicité et ont tout fait pour que nous passions de superbes vacances. Le garage permet de maintenir sa voiture à l’ombre. La clim n’est présente que dans les chambres malheureusement, les couchages seraient à revoir dans certaines chambres ce qui n’empêchera pas de revenir dans cette villa.

POINTS A AMELIORER

Bonjour madame, Comme promis, je reviens vers vous pour vous faire un débriefing de notre séjour. Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé mais je souhaite vous faire part de quelques points à améliorer qui nous ont fort dérangés au vu du tarif de la location sur 15 jours : - galettes des chaises dans un état de délabrement très avancé - aucune galette pour les transats - manque de vaisselles et de verres (pour preuve j'ai été obligé d'acheter un grand saladier, des couverts à salade et des verres en plastique dur - quand on loue une maison pour 10 personnes, on essaye de mettre de quoi accueillir au moins 10 personnes avec des prestations haut de gamme au vu du prix de la location) - TV x2 non opérationnelles - canapé salon bien usé - 1 jeu de clés pour 10 personnes - literie à revoir - congélateur et frigo arrêtés à notre arrivée soit 2 jours d'attente avant qu'ils commencent à refroidir - piscine (carrelage du fond de la piscine qui se décolle) et hublot lumière que le pisciniste a du remettre car déboité de la paroi - détecteur de mouvement pour la terrasse endommagé nous obligeant toutes les dix minutes à nous lever pour qu'il se remette en route - terrasses sales à notre arrivée Cela fait trente ans que nous louons des maisons dans la région, nous avons donc des comparatifs et là franchement les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix de la location. Certes la vue est fabuleuse mais cela ne justifie pas les manquements sur les prestations en interne

Beau séjour de fin d'été

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables dans la maison: la vue sur la mer depuis les terrasses et la piscine est vraiment splendide. Le calme règne dans le quartier, l'accès aux plages est rapide et aisé. La villa, avec ses quatre chambres et ses trois salles de bain, nous a permis de vivre à l'aise à six adultes. En cette période très chaude, la climatisation a été la bienvenue. William nous a accueillis agréablement. Nous apprécions le Lavandou pour sa simplicité, son port et ses bonnes adresses de restaurants. Peut-être de prochaines vacances dans votre maison?
