Everything was clean and good we stayed 4 nights. The only problem was the when they came to clean the room the did change the bed or leave towels

What we liked: Hotel is maintained well, looks clean. Due to COVID-19, hot breakfast isn't available and we have to order at the table, which is great. Food is made well. Great customer service. We rented a Suite King Bedroom i.e., separate bedroom (a door that closes) from the seating area, which comes with two bathrooms (Stand-up showers) and Jacuzzi. Two TVs but not smart TVs (i.e, No Apps on the TV) This is all fantastic. What we didn't like: There was some stale smell coming in the bedroom, , may be pillows, not sure. The pillow covers are fresh though. So, I am thinking the whole pillows need to be washed.

I booked a suite with two queen beds and they gave me a handicap room and the receptionist said that it was a sweet, And she was very rude she was one of the head receptionist there

I really appreciated the warm friendly welcome upon arriving at the hotel front desk. All staff was very professional. Sandra went over and beyond to get us settlef into our room What I dislike was our experience with housekeeper Cam?? that was all I could see on her name badge. She cleaned our room but upon our return to our room she had left dirty sheets and towels on the floor. I gathered them up took them to her, I asked did she clean our room she said yes. I said these were left on the floor and I handed them to her and she rolled her eyes so far up in her head. I asked her was there a problem that I was giving the dirty linen to her because I didn't know what to do with it. She said no there is no problem with an attitude. I asked her what her name was sounded like she said, Carmenia. Then she said, I am sorry. I turned went into my room. Very upset about the encounter with this young lady. It was not my fault she left the dirty linen on the floor. I was just getting it off the floor and to the person I thought was the person to handle the issue. But. She had a very bad attitude. Then the next day our bed was not made don't know if she had our room or not but bed was not made. Garbage was done. Towels replaced but no floor mat. This put a small damper on our stay but with a little attention to detail these issues wouldn't have happened.
