Sørbøvagen hat eine gute Infrastruktur, es gibt einen Landhandel, eine Tankstelle, einen Hafen, eine Badestelle und in näherer Umgebung Wanderwege. Unmittelbar an der Badestelle sind ein Fußball- und Beachvolleyballplatz gerade neu entstanden. Eine Skaterbahn und Wassertrampolin sollen folgen.Im und am Fjord lässt es sich gut baden und angeln.Für die in Reiseführern empfohlenen besonders sehenswerte Orte hat man aufgrund der abgelegenen Lage des Ferienhauses in der Regel einen längeren Anfahrtsweg. Fazit: Wir können das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen und uns vorstellen, wieder zu kommen."
