My room was clean, but the air conditioner stopped working after the first day. The shower drain was clogged and there was standing water after each shower. After my 2nd night, the temp in the room was 79 degrees and very hot so I asked to switch rooms. The staff member at the desk was very nice and accommodating and she switched me to another room. It was cleaner and the shower drain worked properly. The air conditioner worked very well and I could finally sleep. Overall it was a very nice hotel and the staff was friendly. There is a snack bar by the front desk where you can get sandwiches, wraps, snacks and drinks (even late at night). There is also a restaurant and bar. Plus, they also allowed me an hour late check-out, which was very nice because my flight left in the afternoon and I didn’t want to sit in the airport for hours.

First off, staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and always had ice water (and citrus water) available. We stayed on the 6th floor in a room with two double/queen beds. The room was large, but it (and the hallway) smelled like cigarette smoke. I’m extremely sensitive to smell so this was something that genuinely bothered me. I think the smell was trapped in the air conditioner as well as absorbed by the carpet and the upholstery. Our bathtub was a bunch of weird black scratch marks that were suddenly gone after room service came, so it was obviously something that wasn’t fully cleaned before we checked in. The bathtub had an extremely slow drain so bathing three people took quite a while because we had to wait a while in between showers. The air conditioning was super loud whenever it clicked on every 15 min or so. The beds were comfortable.

Everyone on the property has been extremely nice and helpful. The room was has plenty of space. The only thing is that on-site parking is limited with an $8 nightly fee, but a parking garage is available across the street.

Good with some minor inconveniences

Great location, srevice, and restaurant. The room had extremely small bathroom and sink. It was hard to place toiletries around the sink. The sink and tub/shower drains did not drain well. The sink was fixed so it drained properly upon request in a timely manner. The tub drain was never drained well even after it was reported and they tried to correct. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Parking outside of hotel was difficult however garage parking was great.

The property is in a good location for walking around downtown. But I thought I was splurging on something that would be upscale, and instead everything felt dated and a bit disappointing. The experience doesn't match the price.

This hotel is located within walking distance of several bars, restaurants, shopping, etc. We had to pay to park our car in the outdoor lot. Building could use some updating. Good place for a one night stay.
