At least the parking was free.

After following up twice with the reception staff for the late checkin room code, as they had “forgotten to send it out”, I was hoping things would improve. Sadly the room looked tired and in need of updating. It was located in a building at the back of the original coachhouse and it lacked character and any old world charm I was hoping to stay in. Although the fridge motor was noisy it didn’t keep us wake but it could be built into a cupboard to muffle the sound. It would not rate this as 4 star accommodation.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, particular the young man. Within walking distance too many restaurants and bars. Older rooms but very clean rooms. Stayed twice on our visit to Tassie and would stay again.

Well located for a short walk into the CBD. Plenty of parking. Great views over Launceston. A little tired on the outside and surrounds but rooms are clean and comfortable.

Close to shops, eating areas etc Units clean and confortable. Staff were obliging and responded to requests positively. Only downside was the challenging parking cinditions on the steep slope of the parking area - but plenty of parking available.

There’s no balcony as pictured and they removed the demo photo later on. I found quite a bit of hairs left by either previous travelers or staff- long and short over the bed.
