Shanta at the front desk was amazing. She helped me with upgrading our room. She made sure it was taken care of when she came in at 6am. Truly went above and beyond. Hector helped us the entire time with our luggage. Friendly, funny, and super helpful. The two of them were a dynamic duo. Thank you both for making our stay great.

The property was just okay, it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. Guess it didn’t help that the room cleaning staff only came once out of the 5 days that I was there. Definitely disappointed!

Shante, at the front desk was amazing with wonderful customer service. Her superior hospitality set the tone for our great stay at The Cromwell. Shante went above and beyond for my wife and I, we will never forget her kind gestures! Honorable mention would be the excellent Valet staff who were great brand ambassadors for the company.

Every thing was great until check out , they over charged us and gave us a receipts with no new charge and we went home and checked our acct and we was overcharged For valets that was closed Monday- Thursday so we should have only been charged. For Sunday

My only complaint about the stay was that the hotel charged for EVERYTHING! Charged us extra to check into our room at 3 pm when check in at 4 pm. Never had a hotel do that before. Late check out - same thing. Charged us extra.

Older hotel, still in good shape, the cleanliness of the surrounding area is due to its location on the Las Vegas Strip. The low rating for staff is because when I arrived to check in there was no one at the front desk, I had to wait approximately 4 minutes for someone to come to the desk, the young lady seemed inconvenienced by having to help me, he did not speak at a level I could hear and was not clear with her information.

Bad part is uber/lyft area is not outside hotel we gotta walk to flamingo for it And the day party they only let you in free between 12-1 and the line it’s self is a minimum an hour wait long … other than that. We got what we paid for :) and to drunk to care about little stuff

Small Hotel Experience

Overall-The location was great! Upside-Small hotel on the strip, so didn’t have to walk forever to get to your room, and you couldn’t get lost in the huge mazes like in other hotels. Downside- It was also close to the strip so if you wanted to sleep you have to deal with the noise from the strip. Love the small hotel feel right in the middle of the strip!
