Will stay here again!

Pros: Loved the staff! Loved the décor!
Cons: More places to eat
Location: very close to many hotels.
We had the best time at The Cromwell. First time staying here and we will be back! Pretty small but very cozy and the staff is all great! Everyone we ran into or spoke with there was very pleasant. The dealers were so fun and friendly. We won money there too! Only downside is there isn't very many places to eat there but very close to walk to other hotels. We just walked across to Cesars.

Beautiful updated decor & pleasant staff .

Pros: Gorgeous decor, and reasonable hotel & casino size.
Cons: It would be better to have a small coffee maker in own bedroom.
Location: Excellent location with oght nearby restaurants and stores.
I had a very nice stay while on a business trip to attend the Las Vegas Market for furnishing and decor. The decor and quality of The Cromwell was excellent. I rested and recharged well every night at my stay. Giada's menu was delicious and pricing reasonable versus other Las Vegas expensive competitors.

Somewhat disappointing

Pros: Complementary coffee, all of the security, very clean facilities.
Location: Very centrally located.
Hotel was nice and clean. Over all stay was good, only disappointing part was The fact that we kept getting misinformation. Ask about a shuttle, to airport. Was told nothing was available through the hotel. Found out two days later hotel would comp our ride to the airport after booking a SuperShuttle at a very high price. Was able to cancel high-priced shuttle for the complementary shuttle should've been informed of this at the beginning of this stay.

Very nice but.......

Pros: The staff was very nice and the hotel is very clean but dark.
Cons: Sound proof the rooms.......
Location: Great location
We stayed 2 nights at the Cromwell it's a nice hotel for a older one. We stayed on the 5th floor (1st) for rooms and we could feel and hear the bass from the dance party they have every night on the roof. For that reason we would not stay there again.........

First time stay

Our stay at the Cromwell was good. We stayed Tuesday evening thru Friday morning. First off this is not a kid friendly hotel. The pool area is a part of the day/night club. So you are carded before being able to enter. However, you are able to use the pool areas at the Ceaser or the Flamingo hotels. Everyone that I encountered that worked at the Cromwell was very pleasant. Our room was nice and clean. Loved the set up and decorating. I have a few complaints though. Tuesday night we got a knock at the door from housekeeping. When we didn't answer the door she let her self in, to delivered ice that we didn't ask for. There was quit a bit of commotion in the halls at all hours of the night but we were in Vegas! Then Thursday night we could hear a bit of the bass music I'm assuming from the club that is on the top of the hotel. We stayed on the 6th floor. Finally there is a hotel fee that you pay for even if you don't use any of those benefits. They should put that money towards a shuttle service!! But overall for my first time in Vegas I had a great time!

Cromwell Las Vegas Strip Fabulous location

Hotel cannot compete at the luxury hotel prices they charge. Asked Concierge for assistance obtaining show tickets. Said great but never did it when I returned to hotel. I am still getting texts from the hotel asking how I am doing do I need anything. I am long gone must be automated. Check in staff was limited but best thing about hotel. Her name was Lacy and very good and I stay in a lot of hotels. I had an interior room that had a 24 hour loading station. It was not noisy but fully lighted and difficult to screen. The bed was a makeover of the past where frame didn't fit mattress but the linens and sheets were first class the towels and products in the bathroom robes and shower shoes were very nice. Its location made it possible to enjoy the surrounding hotels. The parking was inadequate. Charing 13 dollars for wifi they should put it in room price. It gives a guest a feeling they are attempting to grab extras everywhere. I WOULD NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

The perfect intro to Vegas

Pros: Hospitality, luxury, cleanliness, fun, food
Cons: Better sound isolation from the club and the hallways
Location: It's central, you can get to Caesar's, The Bellagio, Bally's, and anywhere else on the strip easily by walking from The Cromwell.
We arrived on Wednesday afternoon a bit earlier than check-in and they were not able to get us into a room until about 2:30 PM (which is still early for check-in, which was nice!) so we went to lunch first. They held our bags for us and the front desk staff and bell service were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was luxurious and clean (although quite dark with black lamp shades and only one small window). The bathroom was very nice. Besides the room, the casino was a blast and Giada is a must-have no matter what hotel you stay at. The only complaint that we had in our stay was that the rooms closest to the elevator are below the club and, as the staff explained when we asked for a room change, the sound from the club travels downward. Unless you are going to be up until the club closes (3 AM or later) you might want a room further from the center. We also had some sound problems with rowdy guests in the hallway around club closing time on our first night. I'd snag a room far down the hall if I could do it again.

Sexy Rooms. But bring your own food.

Pros: The hotel has great rooms and décor and a great location on the strip. I liked that there were coffee machines near the elevators.
Cons: The hotel needs food options and ice machines. The champagne social hour was lacking.
Location: The hotel is located near the center of The Strip - ideal location. It is only a short walk to the "High Roller" observation wheel.
The room itself was quite nicely furnished and had a great view. The reception staff were very helpful. However, there was no ice machine, and when I asked for ice, staff brought me only enough for 2 drinks. The casino s also small. The hotel only has one restaurant, which is very expensive. There is room service, but the hotel lacks cafes and snack food options.

Great Location

Pros: Location , Comforable beds, Casino
Cons: Cater to different ages in the pool lounge. Friendlier Security Staff
Location: Can't be more in the center of the Strip
You can't ask for a better location than here. However, the pool area is definitely catered for a younger crowd. It's loud music all day and booked up at night so access was impossible. We were most looking forward to being on the rooftop after dark but they had private events each night and there was no access. It's also one of the most expensive places to order drinks that we have been to. The overall feel was definitely younger. The Hotel itself overall was very nice and the staff was also mostly very friendly. We had the Bellman hold our luggage until our flight later that night. In the meantime we were making many donations to the Cromwell Casino. After we picked up our luggage we encountered 2 different security gaurds in a very unfavorable manner. The first one saw my wife and I sitting on a bench by the elevators while she checked her email on her phone. No luggage at that point but as he proceeded to get on the elevator I said hello and he resonded with a glare for a few seconds and then went on the elevator without a word. Then about 20 minutes later I went and got our luggage and while I was going through my bag in a not so busy spot in the casino another Security Officer came up to me asked what I was doing. I stated that I needed a shirt out of my bag before we got into our shuttle. He then watched us like we were homeless people trying to camp out. Not at all friendly and wiped away all the good the other staff provided.
