Welcome to our Modern Designer House, a beautifully designed and newly renovated home located in the heart of the city, perfect for your next getaway! With 3 spacious bedrooms, a comfy loft, and stunning views of the strip, this house offers the perfect balance of style, comfort, and convenience.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an elegant and modern living room complete with an electric fireplace and a 4k TV, perfect for cozy nights in with your loved ones.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for comfort, featuring plush bedding and plenty of natural light. You’ll have three bedrooms, (one downstairs and two upstairs), plus a loft that gives your group plenty of space to relax and recharge.

If you're working remotely during your stay, you'll find two dedicated desks for your convenience. High-speed Wi-Fi and a quiet atmosphere make it easy to stay productive.

In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, with top-of-the-line appliances and all the necessary cookware and utensils.

Step out to the private patio and enjoy the heated pool and spa, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring. Soak up the sun with views of the Strip or fire up the grill for a relaxing outdoor meal.

- Street parking and 2 spots to park in the driveway.

HOUSE RULES:
These rules are in place to help us maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all guests.
- Outdoor security cameras are in place in all angles for guest and property safety.
- STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS policy in the property. Guests will be asked to leave with NO REFUND if there are unannounced guests on property.
- No smoking indoors. A $500 fee will apply if the home smells like smoke after checkout.
- Quiet hours after 10 PM. Noise monitoring device outside the property will alert us if levels are too high. Multiple warnings may lead to cancellation without refund.
- No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. By confirming this booking, guests accept full responsibility and liability for any injuries or accidents, including serious harm or death, that may occur during their stay.
- Pool can be heated upon request (48 hrs ahead of time in order to ensure the pool temp is at the desired temperature). Due to high gas usage, it’s $100/day to heat the pool.
- There is an foldable memory foam cot (twin size) available upon request for an additional $50 per day.
