The staff was polite and helpful, the view from the room was outstanding, the food was good. The only issue was the noise made by the chairs in the dining room from the 14th floor but if you wake up before breakfast and go to bed after dinner, it is not an issue.

It was my birthday while there and we came back to our room to find a balloon, Cava and chocolate, it was a lovely surprise. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful. We often stay in Puerto de la Cruz but until now have never found accommodation we were happy with. Now we have and we will definitely stay again. Small but important thing… the balcony door did not have a handle outside. The door had closed itself behind my husband while he was outside and he couldn’t get back in! Luckily, I could open the door but if we had both been out there, we would have been stranded! "
