When I checked in at 5:00 pm, I was told I was being upgraded to better room. I had no idea there are different types of rooms at Hampton Inn. The bed was comfortable, and my first impression was that was nicely decorated and recently renovated. That opinion changed when I looked at the condition of the shower. While it was also recently renovated, it was covered in orange mold and a tile near next to the shower was laying broken on the floor. I've never seen a dirtier shower at hotel than this one. I would hate to think about what condition a regular room is in.

I have called around 6pm and notified them about my late arrival. I gave tentative arrival time midnight and we showed up at midnight. There was nobody at the front desk for 40 minutes. The phone rang off the hook. My family and I were tired after 10-hr trip and grew frustrated. Finally, at 12:40AM short black woman came to front desk. She was rude and wouldn't hear any complains. She gave me arrogant sermon and room keys. I couldn't sleep till 3:00AM. We feel that customers are not appreciated at that hotel. We will not stay there any time soon.

Staff was exceptional friendly, and morning breakfast had a few different options to choose from. Pool was nice, hot tub jets and maintenance needed some attention. Overall, cleanliness of room and overall property was nice. Would recommend.

We loved the spacious room! Shower needs updating. Construction on the main floor was happening, so there was a lot of chaos in the hallway. Breakfast options were really good, and I appreciate that it runs until 10 am!
