"Pros:Liked the easy and knowledgable staff for check-in /out, and that there was parking spots saved in front entrance for unloading luggage for check in and check out. Nice parking garage really close to Hotel.Good sized rooms, clean and comfortable. Good coffee in room, and nice little sink and a fridge . Loved the heat light after shower. And various restaurants close. Cons: There was not much for bathroom amenities, one Very small vial of shampoo only good for 1 use by 2 people barely & no conditioner, And the tiny round soap was not really very good for washing. We had a room for 2 people but there was only one wash cloth & one hand towel (which I find Not Hygenic ) but they did have 2 bath towels. I just asked for maid service every day so could get clean ones. I guess we could have called down for more but I thought they should have been initially provided. All in all i would recommend. Reasonably priced."

"Booked room and checked in very late, was nicely received at reception although the PMS system was very old and took a few minutes. Hotel and room were v clean, NO odours of either strong cleaning products or stale carpet shampoo that you often find. Breakfast was included, coffee smelled good, cheese omelettes were great. Although we did not use the facilities, pool and gym were well situated in the lobby with enough equipment for a sound workout. Location was great for our next stop in Peterborough, the Canoe Museum. "
