Great for our purposes!

Price, was best available & refundable to last day if needed. Hotel and parking was great! Wendy's is just around the corner for a snack! Close access to Hwy 7 & 115, to get on the 401 & thru Toronto without tolls. Purpose for stopping here, was to get some shut eye before, tackling or avoiding, the 401 traffic. Room 314 was close to the elevator which as nice. but no nightlight in bathroom. The window, looking out at a wonderful sunset, would have been better without swirly 'cleaning' marks. We didn't use the TV, so can't comment on that. As planned, we didn't stay long enough to see if there was breakfast so, we can't comment on that either! Sorry Check out was great! We told the desk we planned to leave very early, before dawn. So, before dawn, we just said goodbye and handed in our access cards and got on the road!

The only problem was the entrance door electronic sensor wasn't working properly so I had to ask the maid for help. Overall it was a pleasant stay

The room was in poor repair. The guests above were up and stomping around until about 4am. Extremely loud vehicles in the parking lot in the middle of the night playing loud music.

The hotel is odd. Neighbouring businesses react. That it is odd. If it is for sale they wouldn't buy it. Which is all a bit odd because it seems a perfectly normal hotel. It's 25 years old, and who ever designed the electrical system of the rooms was eccentric. The plug where you charge your laptop is underneath the night table! But I have enjoyed staying here. It is really quiet inside and out.

You get what you pay for, If you have high standards I would not stay here. If you are just looking for a place to crash its alright. Staff were great and tons of parking.
