Our stay was really good! The staff was very accomodating since we arrive a day later than expected and they had our rooms ready to go. The housekeeping staff were very sweet, specially one older latina lady, she was the seeetest! Horwl is conveniently located next door to the RP Funding center and it was perfect for my daughter’s meet. We could 30 seconds and made ir! Such a game changer.

the bar and the room was excellent! the elevator was under repair but was fixed quickly. The side door was broken and there was not a large amount of parking but overall the hotel was great, room was very clean, staff was amazing and would stay again. I travel with a service dog and they made my trip great and welcoming. thank you!

elevator stopped working first night. Nothing offered. Rooms are old and bathroom could use updating. annoying that the bathroom isn't a private/corned off space (especially since there is a lot of wasted space in the room). Breakfast space is way too small for the amount of guests the hotel holds. Every morning was an unpleasant experience trying to get through the gauntlet. Signage around the hotel is wrong. Example: sign by the elevator on the first floor points to where vending/ice is. There is none on the entire floor. I was with a group that was supposed to get free parking, and that was not honored.

Service was excellent. Beds very comfy! Loved the layout of the room, very spacious. The only downside was the cleanliness. Cleanliness Inside the room was good, but the halls and elevator were not so good. Floors were pretty dirty. And I found a hair in the cream cheese at breakfast. That certainly didnt please me!
