Good stay.. Rooms are clean and neat.. Good heated pool. Although the spa function didn't work.. Needs immediate attention in that as it is being advertised... Also very poor wifi... Please do something to fix that.. We couldn't watch any videos on phone or tv as wifi going out of signal.. We have to use our mobile data

Excellent welcome at reception. Our unit was excellent with everything we needed. The facilities for a young family were exceptional. Dinosaurs included. Eaerly morning swim in the pool with our 2 and a half year was the highlight.

Lovely staff, always happy to help. Our son loved playing pool in the games room and the heated pool was very nice. We were lucky enough to receive a free room upgrade, it was incredibly spacious and modern (only "complaint" would be the shower head sprayed everywhere, but that's a quick fix!)

The room was very clean and comfortable, and it came with dishes and bowls—but no pots. Since the only nearby restaurant closes early, we had to drive over 20 minutes into town to buy food to cook ourselves. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize until after washing all the ingredients that pots need to be rented from the reception for NZD 10. Luckily, a kind young couple from a campervan lent us theirs, otherwise we would have gone hungry that night! Overall, the location is not the most convenient for meals or transport, but the nearby hiking trails are truly beautiful. And if you’re brave enough, you can even head out at night to look for wild glowworms.
