Las Vegas Hotel Mbarara
"The hotel was very clean and the bell boy who meets you is absolutely lovely. The room was great, pool lovely and great amenities. It is a very large hotel so you need to get your bearings. However, I thought the food was very poor. I ordered fish and it was booked so much that it was like hard chicken. The chef needs to have some more training cause it wasn't very nice. Also, the staff didnt seem to know the food menu at all, even though the three venues have the same menu. It was also very slow service."

Wagga Resort Hotel
"My third time staying here. I come to Uganda for a charity - so on a budget. Also staying by myself. I travel out each week day to work and spend evenings and weekends here. I like the Wagga because of the large garden it. You have a feeling of space. It feels safe. It is quiet at night. The WiFi isn't brilliant but OK. The staff take good care of me. But there can be very noisy weddings at weekends. The restaurant is limited and the coffee lousy. There are no leisure facilities like a pool or gym. This time I had to pay cash for my meals/laundry on check out (before I used a card)."
