Great Wolf Lodge Grapevine
"Room was a little outdated. I get it, it’s expensive to up keep. But there was some mold in the bathroom. There was obvious quick fixes throughout the room, one tried to be hidden by the bed headboard. For the money it costs to stay here I would think management would invest in proper corrections. Staff were all friendly. Better instructions for activities should be given. When checking in, and the staff sees that a pass was added on, the staff should make sure the guest has all the information, like where to go to get everything, tags, bracelets, and lanyards right then and there. We were on a wild goose chase trying to obtain all our stuff for the pass we bought. 98% of the guests were absolutely the rudest people on this planet. I don’t know how the staff still works there. They deserve medals! Like a cruise ship but on land. Crowds everywhere but the place is big enough it doesn’t quite feel that bad. Everything costs an arm and a leg. So just know that the $800 you spent on two nights is going to go up to over $1k with food, activities, games, PARKING, etc. The smartest thing we did was buy a pass with some of these things part of it for the time we were there."
