The staff were courteous and helpful. It’s an old property which I was expecting but our room is in need of updating. The beds were very uncomfortable (old spring mattresses) and the refrigerator made a loud buzzing sound every few hours. The pool was fun but could also use a renovation.

We were very pleased with our stay. Check in was great. Grounds were beautiful. It was right on the ocean front. Plenty of parking spaces during our stay. Lots of places to walk to within reason. For the price we paid for the location and amenities, we found Aston Kaanapali Shores a very nice place to stay for families.
