I was traveling with a special needs 4 year old and a two year old. The front counter lady was outside eating an ear of corn while on the phone when I arrived. When she came back in she came through the lobby without a mask. She then demanded I wear one and I informed her I didn’t have one on me however it was in my car and would retrieve it. When checked in she made me sign that I had been warned about not wearing a mask and the next time I would be removed from my stay without refund. I asked where the pool was located and was informed after check in the pool was not open. The only reason I booked the room was to take the kids swimming. I never took the keys from the front desk and my kids and I left. The website list the pool as open. I was not issued a refund and was out the entire amount of a room I never entered. I would not recommend this location to anyone traveling. I am not sure how it’s appropriate for the staff to be in public areas without face coverings but a paying guest who is obviously struggling with young children are being threatened with being”kicked” out of a room they paid for if was caught without a mask in a common area. Overall one of the worst front desk experience I have ever had.

The front desk clerk was very courteous and helpful! She asked me about my drive intp town. She told is to have a great night as we came back in from exploring the citu. The hotel and room smelled very nice. The bed was nicely prepared.

first night was put in a room door did not work and was extremely far from front eventhough handicapped was requested (motel was not very bussy at check in)

The Hotel was ok,it was clean, and the staff was friendly, but I did not like that it does not have a elevator, Iam a older person so to have to carry my luggage upstairs was a bit to much

Wasn’t aware didn’t have elevator or would have requested 1st floor room. Sheer curtains needed replacing. Had holes in them. Otherwise it was clean and a nice size room with sofa in it.

The staff were all courteous and helpful! The room (#125) had a strong musty smell. Breakfast in the morning was a little disappointing. Limited selection, no bagels, they were running out of bread and the toaster one side didn't work and the other side on the highest heat setting barely toasted the bread.
