We booked a room for 5 people, but there were only 2 full size beds. I requested a roll away bed with my reservation, but the night manager couldn’t access it for us. The breakfast was understaffed. There were huge lines and not enough food. I couldn’t even eat the food I had because there wasn’t any flatware.

The sofa was ripped where it was only together because of the zipper being in the middle. The bottom of the tub was stained green had to wear slippers to shower . Front desk service was terrible.

Not sure what I was expecting but the whole property was very dated. The continental breakfast was also limited in selection. The hotel smelled of smoke and was noisy. The staff was a bright spot, welcoming and attentive. Not sure if there are better properties in this price range in the area but I can’t recommend a stay here.

The bald man at the desk was so ignorant. We had 4 reservations and they tried to tell me one was cancelled due to a decline of my credit card but all 4 were on the same credit card. Then he said all he had was double rooms which is what we had booked then he said oh now they’re gone all we have is a king size suite when no one else had checked in. When my son questioned him how that could be he stood up got ignorant and threatened to not give us any room. I would NEVER recommend ANYONE to book this hotel. When we did get a room, the bathroom floor was dirty. We were only there for one night so we stayed but I would not go back again.

The staff was friendly. The hot food at the continental breakfast was gross. The bathroom desperately needed updates; rusty sink fixture, sink drain is SLOW, shower drain is SLOW, soap holder in shower is rotten, wall mounted blow dryer was so old and rusty that it stopped working within 30 seconds, took 45 minutes to install new one and made us late, bathroom floor was filthy.
