The staff were most helpful and available for any questions via text. The location was very clean, roomy, updated and perfect for our needs. The walk an indoor parking garage was about 15 min but the walk was through a special path to our location which made it very pleasant. Felt extremely secure in our location which also had A/C. For unloading if you have a car, you just need to double park and then move the car to a parking facility. The train station was only a 10 min walk to visit “Cinque Terre”.

This hotel is in a great location and the perfect base for visiting Cinque Terre without actually staying in one of them. The staff was super friendly and helpful with recommendations. The room is spacious and perfect for a couple of nights.

Our rooms were modern and very clean. Staff were welcoming, and very helpful and the location worked out great, close to center and train station. The rooms were a bit small for three adults, with not much space for sitting.
