"Très bel emplacement, le jardin et très soigné et agréable. Toutefois beaucoup d'escaliers pour accéder à la maison. À noter aussi les différents niveaux à l'intérieur du logement, ce point peut être gênant pour les jeunes familles avec poussettes et les personnes âgées. Les plages sont très accessibles. Les services de proximité sont un avantage, ainsi que des emplacements pour stationner juste devant le logement."
