Private: natural state property 10'000 m2, terraced garden (not fenced), swimming pool (11 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system. Motor access (300 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Carport. Shop 7 km, bus stop 6.5 km, sandy beach 10 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Serapias", 5-room house 150 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed and air conditioning. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 2 beds and air conditioning. Hat mehr Potential

Sauberkeit am Objekt ( Haus und Garten) lässt viele Wünsche offen, Spinnweben am Fenster, Aussenspülbecken komplett verdreckt und läuft nicht ab, Schiebetür in einem Schlafzimmer lässt sich nur zu 40 cm öffnen; Auflagen/Kissen in der Lounge komplett verdreckt, Esstisch im Aussenbereich beschädigt. Es war das erste Mal, dass wir deswegen Putzmittel für eine Grundreinigung kaufen mussten. Die Liegen am Pool waren sehr schön, jedoch gab es nur 2 Sonnenschirme wobei einer davon kaputt war. Fazit: Haus in einer sehr schönen Lage/Umgebung, Zufahrt allerdings abenteuerlich mit vielen großen Schlaglöchern.

tolles Haus mit ein paar Mängeln

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit vielen Pros aber auch einigen Contras. Pro: Zimmer Aufteilung: Schlafzimmer weit weg von Wohnzimmer und Terrasse, jeder hatte seine Ruhe; Pool schön groß; Küche gut ausgestattet; Lage: mitten in der Natur, trotzdem schnell in St Tropez, Port Grimaud und am Strand Contra: Haus bräuchte ausgiebige Grundreinigung, zum Teil abgewohnt und kaputt (Sonnenschirm, Tisch, Stuhl), Besuch von Wildschweinen bis nah an Terrasse, für uns ein Abenteuer, mit Hund evt gefährlich

Uns hat das Haus gefallen und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Der Verwalter ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat einen super Job gemacht. positiv: grosses Anwesen, grosser Pool, viel Ruhe, keine direkten Nachbarn, gute Ausstattung, alles hat funktioniert negativ: keine Klimaanlage, schlechte Zufahrtsstrasse, Staub unter den Betten,
