The beach is secure (lifeguard post) and equipped (showers, mattress hire, restaurants, WC, etc.).
Access to the property through a private gate.
The exterior is reserved exclusively for the use of the flat's occupants.
Enjoy a terrace of around 40m² with tables, chairs, seating area, parasol, barbecue... Not overlooked!

Enter via the TV lounge, then the dining room and open, fully-equipped kitchen.
On your left, access corridor to the 2 bedrooms (beds 140), separate WC and shower room.
