Poorly lit rooms & exterior walk ways Only one elevator so you have to lug your stuff quite a ways. Asked for NO ROOM SERVICE, but the came in anyways and lost a couple personal toiletry items due to poorly lit room, and lack of respect for no entry by hotel staff. Having to pay for parking was a shock.

It is not the Sheraton of years gone by. It is just another hotel. Very drab lobby and hallways. The room was smaller than most. The facility was clean, especially the room. The bed was very comfortable. I find it difficult to understand why someone does not require hotels to state in the description that parking is optional at $23 a night. The other option is parking on the street with the homeless.
