Located in the Windansea neighborhood of La Jolla this six-bedroom, 5-bathroom home is the perfect place for family and group gatherings. Centrally located it's a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping.
The first floor features a large open living/dining room with a 70-inch TV. The perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach or exploring. The updated kitchen has everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal or simple bar-b-que. Just off the kitchen is the patio area with seating for 6, as well as the hot tub.
The first-floor features 3 bedrooms. Two share a jack and jill bathroom. The third bedroom has a hall bathroom.
The second-floor features three bedrooms. The primary ensuite has a king bed, TV and small balcony. The second upstairs room has a king, and the third bedroom has a king and a single bed along with a crib if needed. Both guest bedrooms are en-suite.
A spiral staircase takes you to the rooftop deck which has distance ocean views along with lounge chairs and a bar height table for 4. It's the perfect spot to what the sunset or sunrise for early birds!
