📝 THINGS TO KNOW • If you are planning on using the pull out bed please let us know ahead of time so we can be sure to prepare it for your arrival • Beach Gear: Complimentary beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and boogie boards. • Shared laundry is located behind the back unit (342 ½) and accessed via the west walkway. Please do not go past the laundry area when entering from the West side as this is the other units private patio. • No air conditioning; central heat only. There are many windows and ceiling fans to help circulate the coastal breeze.

Location is fantastic! Very walkable to most everything and the beach is a very short block away. The house was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. There is some floor damage in the hallway and the kitchen and bathroom are very small, but the rest of the house felt large and open. The bedrooms and beds are very comfortable and relaxing. The host was great, great communication and check in and parking off street is a plus. We would stay again - location and cleanliness is key!
