"The hotel was fine, very clean and staff that created us was helpful and kind. But when we got there, the complimentary hot water and coffee and coffee were empty and when we were up in the morning to leave they had not but filled. It was disappointing. Also as we were checking out we were not treated by staff, but could hear front desk staff disgruntled by something in the office and we couldn't get their attention."
