"Ideal location. Clean hotel well appointed with very friendly staff. Entry- exit protocol for early departures needs some sorting out (when taxi arrived the front doors were locked with no personnel immediately around to facilitate leaving) but we had a fanatastic stay. Great breakfast."

"The location was absolutely breathtaking right on the lake. Everything was within walking distance great food great drinks great shopping. It was truly amazing. The staff was super helpful and friendly parking right up front or in the garage below. Highly recommend this hotel."

City Hotel Biel Bienne
"The only downside to this stay is parking. Road construction has blocked entrance to the lot. You have to drive on a pedestrian path to get to the entrance which is a sharp 90 degree turn . Level “0” is actually the rooftop the parking app description is a bit confusing."

Arriving in the evening the service is not available anyway. So, I a lot of hot water for steam was used to make clothing ..."
