Room was not as advertised. Very misleading. Fixtures and fittings are dated, several fixtures are broken and faulty. There are certainly some health and safety issues. I strongly suggest an inspection for this room to be carried out before selling it to your customers. I have taken many photos to proof my grievances. Location wise, it’s good!
A hose was used as drainage and there’s a bad odour in the toilet.

The apartment was amazing, very clean and bright. Location was also very good, short walk to Pavillion everything that Bukit Bintang had to offer. The staff we contacted got check in/out were polite and efficient
