You can’t beat this location! You walk out the door and you’re right in the heart of old town. You do have to walk a little from where your taxi drops you off, but it’s only maybe 1-2 minutes. I stayed one night in a single room, which was small but doable for a solo traveler. I came back for three nights and stayed in a larger room with a king size bed and couch, it was great! I could open the windows out to the street to let in fresh air and all the sounds of old town. The only downside was in the morning you’d sometimes hear loading trucks making deliveries. But they had ear plugs on the night stand for you. Breakfast was really good, plenty to choose from and the front desk staff were great. The photos are accurate, this is not a high end NYC style hotel, but I’d rather have this any day with the location and charm of old town. There are multiple souvenir stores out the front entrance, a coffee shop one door down, a polish restaurant out the back door, a Gelateria across the streets with pastries, a liquor store a few doors down, plenty of bars to choose from, and more than enough restaurants to choose from with a very short walk. Will definitely stay here again!

Hotel in heart of old town of Krakow

Traditional Polish in a very convenient position a few metres from the main square, so a huge choice of places to eat amongst the historic buildings. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom; very helpful reception staff; breakfast buffet had good quality food options.

We had a 3 night stay here and although the room was clean and the bed comfortable, our stay was marred by a few niggles. Firstly, when we asked for extra pillows (because they were quite flat) we were told this wasnt an option. Also, the windows offered zero sound proofing from the noise outside. Granted we chose a hotel situated near the busy main square but still, the windows may as well have been cellophane. It wasn't all bad though. We enjoyed he continental breakfast and the location couldn't have been better for getting around. We didn't see much of the staff but when checking in and out they were helpful. Overall, the hotel was relatively inexpensive and served a purpose but we will find somewhere else next time.

Location was great, right in the middle of the Old Town close to everything. The room was small, which was fine. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, not much variety. Overall it was worth the price. My only issue was that our room was facing a very busy pedestrian street and the noise was constant and loud throughout the entire nigh. Although, they do provide ear plugs. If you are looking for peaceful, quiet nights don’t get a room facing the street.

Room was very spacious and clean. Unfortunately we found the room cold as the radiator wasn't working properly. They did however had it fixed but the room still wasn't wasn't warm probably due to the fact that it was a big room and the radiator wasn't big enough

The hotel is very close to the main square and has a great location it is basic but very clean the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Only thing I was slightly disappointed on was the breakfast as there was not alot of cooked options and repetitive

Perfect location very spacious

Great visit to krakow! Hotel staff was very helpful and the location is tough to beat. Our room was spacious and accommodating. Breakfast is delicious and the host is great. We are going back to bed our trip in a few days and staying there again.

Good room, heat in the room in November was an issue. Use the earplugs given if you have a room facing the street. Friendly staff and outstanding location in the pedestrian area.
