Great hotel! The staff was nice and very helpful. The room was clean with hot water. You can hear what’s going on in the hallways since the wall seems on the thinner side. The pool doesn’t have many chairs to lay at by the pool but that was fine. The walk to the shops/beach was about 15-20min which we were fine with but there’s also lots of tuk tucks if you don’t want to walk. I would stay here next time we visit.

Friendly staff, great hotel

The hotel is brilliant, modern and clean. We were welcomed with drinks and had suitcases taken to the room for us. The onsite restaurant has really good food. The room itself was spotless with a lovely, modern bathroom. Mattress is very firm, which unfortunately wasn’t great for me but everything else, comfort-wise, was excellent. The pool is small with maybe 10 loungers. During our stay a group decided to book their loungers every morning with towels, staying there until the sun disappeared. The pool was always busy so we only used it for an hour. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the beach, more if it’s really hot! Far enough away to not be too busy.

Location was not far from Ao Nang beach and you can get bike for rent very near to property and you you have pizza place and cafe's bear by. Pool was the best place with the hills in the background for good pictures

Would not stay again.

Based on other reviews, we expected way more from this hotel. The rooms were fair in size, but not super clean. We also found 2 small cockroaches. The floors were dusty and the sheets and towels were stained and old. The elevator walls were not clean either and it had a terrible smell that was there throughout our stay. The breakfast was nothing to be desired - for 200 baht, go elsewhere. Communication with staff was difficult. Room was quiet on the top floor. Pool is ok - small, but clean. Hotel location is quiet, but too far away from the beach. If you're there when it is super hot, it's a far walk. Maybe in cooler seasons, walking would be ok, though tuk tuks are available at the main road.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Only thing is the taxi service is overpriced and it’s difficult to get a grab car in this area. Highly recommend- as a North American I felt very comfortable here.

Too far away from the action.

Hotel claims to only be 1km from the Ao Nang strip, but think that’s taken geographically without concern for roads etc. with the actual road, it’s actually 1.6km away. Near the mosque as well, so it’s speakers announcing 3 times a day can also be heard. 3 English speaking tv channels. You can do better for the price & closer to the actual beach.

Everything about the property was good. However check the rating of the day tour operators on google offered at the hotel before booking. We had a very poor experience.
