Staff is amazing here, very attentive. Lots to do including the pools and spa and they provide a shuttle into town. We had an issue with bugs our first night but when we contacted reception they helped and cleaned with no hesitation. WiFi is eh. Just an FYI, as described, the beach is not really swimmable. Would stay again.

You agree to buy friendly helpful staff from the moment you walk in the hotel is beautiful the pool overlooks the sandy beach a great place to relax and unwind. The bedroom was clean. The bed was very comfortable. My balcony was overlooking a building site, so I couldn’t use the tub.

Wake up.

Great facilities and good peaceful location. Reception staff severely lack an understanding to service customers, poor english and lack of inititive to offer options for tours and transport to local areas. When i enterted the beach, I cut my feet and hands, staff offered no assistance for First Aid other than offer my partner a first aid kit, when asked for an incident / hazard report they did not understand what they were. Management need to review there Policies and Proedures and internal training before they can consider marketing Villa Cha Cha as a creditable Resort. In the meantime, my partner attended to my immediate medical needs and I will try and seek local medical attention if I can find a doctor.

I feel like the people at villa chacha were amazing. My only problem was I was not originally given the room I had paid for which they corrected after the second night and it wasn’t their fault I was charged twice when everybody else was charged in my group and was given a room that was way in the back and I had centipedes falling on my head in the middle of the night so I would write this place as perfect except stay away from room 316 I don’t think they had used it in a while and the room in front of it was just a storage area after two nights I was given the room. I thought I was getting I would just suggest booking directly because sorry Expedia booking all of them charge way more and if you find a price online and you call them, they will match it. I was literally paying twice what my friends were paying.
