Located on the beautiful island of Kauai, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath unit offers the highest level of luxury in the Poipu Kai Resort area. These amazing accommodations feature 2 King primary suites and an additional twin bedroom that lend themselves to boastful amounts of living space. Each bedroom has its own theme. The primary is a Tropical Paradise. The Guest primary is the Pineapple Room. The Twin bedroom is a Beachgoer's delight. Each bedroom conveniently has its own full bath.

The open entertaining area has many comfortable spots to relax inside or out to enjoy your morning coffee and evening tropical drinks. Featuring a large lanai with sliding doors that open the entire area to the outside and rollup blinds to protect you from the weather and add additional privacy. The masterfully designed gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for home-cooked, island-style meals. There is a large dining table that will seat 6-8 and bonus seating at the bar for 4 guests.

This unit also features an elevator for your convenience.

Enjoy views of the pool from the large lanai. You can cool off and be mesmerized by the sounds of the nearby man-made waterfalls only steps from this unit. If the pool isn't refreshing enough, this unit has central A/C throughout! You will also have access to a full gym and fitness center as well as an office and conference room just in case you need to mix business with pleasure.

Take a stroll on the nearby greenbelt which will lead you to one of Kauai’s most popular beaches, Poipu Beach Park and Brennekes. Here you will come across Brenneke's Restaurant, a deli, and a surf shop with beach equipment rentals. This is a beautiful, clean, and well equipped property. Lots of beach gear is available for use. Pack and play and high chair are also provided Only drawback is noise from the unit above (insulation between floors is insufficient) depending on the guests in that unit. We experienced that during part of our stay. Would highly recommend this property.

I loved this place! It was beautiful, clean and convenient!! There was a problem with the oven - we were alerted before our arrival. A repairman came but it wasn’t until our last full day so we weren’t able to use the oven. They did provide a toaster oven which was helpful. Fantastic Stay Near Poipu Beach

This condo was perfect for our stay. There were tons of goodies to bring to the beach. There were walking paths to Poipu Beach and Shipwreck Beach. The condo was clean, lots of pots and pans, and kitchen cooking items. The beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked great. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Place for a Family

This condo was in a great location and had a very large lanai. Really enjoyed the pool area. There was also a little gym in the club house that was nice. Our family really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book it again. Only down side was the garbage disposal did not work.

Wonderful Stay at Villa Poipu Kai

Our family had the most wonderful holiday in Kauai, staying at the Villa Poipu Kai The Villa was perfect for a family, it was beautifully furnished, the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were great, and it had a wonderful Hawaiian relaxing/holiday feel. It was spotlessly clean, and the washing machine and drier were great for a family. We loved the swimming pool, then sitting out on the lanai in the afternoons/evenings. It was located close to everything, so the location is perfect too. We would highly recommend and hope to be back again soon!

Awesome Condo and Location for Family Trip

This condo was the perfect choice for our family vacation. The condo was large enough for our family of 5 adults and one 10 year old. The grounds were beautiful. There was a paved sidewalk in a greenbelt that ran beside the condo that went from Brennecke's Beach all the way to the Grand Hyatt. The kitchen had just about any cooking utensil imaginable. There were 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, sand toys, snorkel equipment, and two wagons that made for an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Great communication with property manager. I would say here again and would adjust my trip dates to ensure renting this condo again.
