The price is right

Nice place, practically a hidden gem. Rooms are basic but big and very clean with safe and fridge. Beds are comfy and it's a solid choice for the price! A scooter is recommended as it's not close to the beach or most restaurants, but if you don't mind that you can't go wrong for the price. Reception staff could be a bit more welcoming and adding a little privacy (such as couple of plants maybe?) between balconies would be a welcome touch. Currently it feels like one big shared balcony.

It's hard to fault such a cheap property for not having the best and greatest amenities but you need to keep in check what you pay for. Overall it's fine, very simple but functional and it's easy to get dinner and walk to the center. The area is safe of course. The beach is about 20mn walk which is fine too. Parking is a bit limited if you have a car but for scooters not a problem. Internet is decent, around 15mbps down and 8mbps up.

Lovely hotel

Although my stay was very brief, my overall impression was good. Items in the mini bar were reasonably priced. The pool area was very nice and well kept. The Green Café, where breakfast is served, was pleasant - it was nice to have a 'free' breakfast that was not a buffet once. About 30 mins from airport by taxi.

Good quality hotel for good price

It's the second time I have stayed here this year and had exactly the same good experience. Clean room,everything looking new , nice comfy beds,cleaned everyday with complimentary water daily. Only negative was the room I was in had really bad wifi connection which didn't get better than 1 bar.

Great place at a great price.

Pros: really comfortable clean room and large bed. Hot shower. Fridge. Television. Balcony. A nice swimming pool to cool off in. Friendly staff. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Cons: not enough sun beds or shaded area by the pool. The staff aren't often at reception - if you need them. Their motorbikes are a little more expensive to rent than down the road. This was place was good value for money. I would stay here again.

Great value for a comfortable room

Stayed here for 3 nights. The room was very comfortable, bed was huge, bedding was soft, Air conditioning was great and the room was light and spacious with a balcony. The pool was nice and clean although lacked enough sun beds and shade. The wifi was reliable. We booked the room with breakfast included which was great value and there was a wide choice on the menu. About 15min walk to the beach. The only downside was that 50% of the time nobody was at reception and we called several times but nobody picked up.

Great hotel for good price.

Spent 4 days at the spa garden and wished I booked more but already paid for another hotel. Rooms were very clean and looked like it was brand new,rooms look just like the pictures which is not always the case,bathroom was very clean,bed was very comfortable much better than many beds you get in Thailand. Room has in room safe and rooms cleaned everyday if you wish and fridge stocked up on complimentary water daily. Has a nice little pool which wasn't that busy in the times I used it.there is a restaurant but only used it once but food was good . Has nighttime security and staff were very helpful
