Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

not as expected

The manager of the resort immediately informed us on arrival that you will not book the private pool villa stay 1 bedroom at the already paid price. She told us that the pool villa is only available with only 3 bedrooms. We then found out, this was definitely a lie. We have a key for all rooms. The manager could have closed the non-use rooms. This has never happened to us and a joke.
