peaceful environment for all neighbors.

2. Smoking Prohibition: No smoking is allowed inside the villa.

3. Toilet Usage Guidelines: Please do not flush toilet paper, sanitary products, wet wipes, or any other items down the toilet, as this can cause clogs. Kindly use the bin provided for disposal. Thank you for your cooperation

4. Pet policy: Pets are not allowed unless prior approval has been given.

5. Event and Gathering Guidelines: The hosting of parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited within the villa. Any events or social gatherings exceeding the agreed number of occupants must receive prior approval from management.
Unauthorized parties may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of the deposit.

6. The number of people within the villa perimeter should not exceed 20 at any time.
