The only salvation was the breakfast staff - super awesome! I have to say I thought I would have had the chance to express my concerns the next morning; however, there was a sign that no one would be there until after 1pm. So from 9pm at night until after 1pm the next day - no one to address your concerns! Idk how this property got such a high rating. Expedia also tried to contact this property and was not successful! Very disappointed."
