Excellent house in a beautiful community. The grandkids loved the extra play area and the adults appreciated that the play area was part of the living room space. It allowed us to visit and keep and even on them. Host was super responsive. I kept the hosts contact information so I can go back without having to use VRBO. VRBO keeps making everything so hard on hosts and guests. The host released my security deposit right away, but VRBO held on to it for an extra 6 or 7 days. If you have the pleasure of staying at this home, I recommend you do the same. Just start collecting host's contact information and bypass VRBO all-together.

Our family arrived from several states. House had plenty of room for us. I wrote to Mike regarding the broken pocket door and dryer and received an instant response. He was aware of both items from previous renters. Some of the family members thought the air conditioning wasn’t working properly because it didn’t cool the house down to their liking. They felt it was too warm. I didn’t respond because I thought you probably had it set so renters couldn’t go below a certain temperature. It was very comfortable for me. Thank you.
