This is the 3rd time we've stayed at a Fairmont and it did not disappoint. Staff and service was great. Location is good. We didn't get a chance to have a meal at the hotel, but drinks from the two bars were pretty good. The chocolate cake we got at the Founder's Club was so yummy! I'm pretty sure we'll be staying again in the future.

No exhaust in bathroom. Recent work on walls had leftover caulk on walls. Pillows seemed low quality. Bl;ack out shade did not have drapes to cover the sides and bottom resulting in sunshine coming into the room. No napkins or paper towels, no fridge. Complimentary water was great. Front desk was great. Room itself seemed clean although small for a suite. Overall it was a good stay, just not what I expected from a Fairmont property, and for that price.

Beautiful hotel in downtown Seattle. We were able to walk to plenty of tourist sites with ease. Check-in was rushed and the woman helping us was hard to understand. I requested valet parking and she gave us parking in the garage. We had to carry all of our suitcases from the parking garage. The other drawback was no microwave and also no personal fridge, just a mini bar. For how much we paid we'd like those amenities. The pool and hot tub were nice. The hot tub had stuff floating in it so we didn't stay long. The George was good, a little overpriced. We enjoyed Schuckers more. Overall a 4/5 stay.

Beautiful hotel in a good location. You can tell they have put a lot of thought into what will keep their guests comfortable. The rooms are gorgeous and quiet. Pricey but worth it.

An amazing stay.

The stay was amazing. All of the staff were very friendly and very accommodating. We asked for a higher level room, they asked if we wanted to upgrade for a minimum and we agreed. The only thing we had any issues with was the breakfast on our last day. Otherwise, we will be staying there again. No doubt about that.

The hotel is beautiful and has character. Staff provides the highest level of client service. Cocktails were on point and delicious. Shuckers restaurant has the best oysters and cocktails. The cafe staff are very hospitable and serve a quick, delicious breakfast for those get up and go site seeing days. The George restaurant offers an amazing menu for brunch and dinner. Full service Spa and salon is available. We had a very much needed and wonderful couples massage. We will be back to stay!!

Overall, we were quite pleased with the quality and service during our stay. The pool area was a nice place for the family to relax after exploring Seattle. During our visit we ordered room service once for breakfast and once for dinner. The breakfast was outstanding; however we were very disappointed with the dinner as they sent grilled cheese instead of the grilled chicken we ordered for our daughter, the french onion soup was extremely salty while the clam chowder had little flavor. We don't consider ourselves picky eaters but the soups were so below our expectations we decided not to eat them.

Enjoyed my stay here and the spa was incredible. I do wish their jacuzzi packed more punch with the jets but it was incredibly spacious! Their pillows definitely need changing, they were extremely flat so if you have neck problems, bring your own pillow. Other than that, it was a lovely experience. Will definitely be back!!

We celebrated our anniversary at the Fairmont Olympic and it was better than we could have hoped. I was in contact with the concierge team, primarily Shawn, who I want to give a personal shout out and thank you again for making our night so special. He and his staff went above and beyond decorating our room and made an intro for us at the inhouse speakeasy, Founders, for a pre-dinner drink. Founders has to be one of the most legit speakeasies we’ve been to - make sure to make a reservation to stop in for a drink! The Olympic Bar in the lobby is great as well and open late for a perfect night cap with great bartenders and crowd to join. Just hanging out in the gorgeous lobby is an experience of its own. The room was fantastic with great view and very comfortable space. We did have a little trouble getting the AC to kick on as well as the bedding, pillows and sheets, left you wanting more compared to the quality of everything else in the room/hotel. We took advantage of the gym which had up to date and fantastic equipment. The pool looked wonderful too. Overall this unique historical building, location to downtown Pike, quality and cleanliness, and staff and service are comparable to none - the Fairmont Olympic is as good as it gets and we’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in Seattle!
