NEEDS RENOVATION

Hotel is due for some major renovations. Room was dirty, towels were dirty. I won’t be staying here again till I see some effort put into this building. Carpet is messed up, elevator sound like there going to break.

They places us in a room smaller than what we paid for. The room was dirty and the a/c was leaking. We asked to be switched or compt for the room difference and they refused.

Very dirty. Everything was filled with dirt caked in the corner especially on the balcony door. Bathroom was not clean upon arrival. Towels were dirty and the door did not lock. TV also didn’t work. Rooms are very outdated and extremely dusty. Also very loud. There was people in till 4am. Find somewhere else to stay.

Poor Quality and Hygiene Issues

Pillows had blood stains on them, room smelled like feces, carpet was damp, no toilet paper in the room when I checked in, weed smell in the hallways, found a bug in my bed. Disgusting room and awful quality hotel. The lobby’s carpet was falling apart. Had an early check in fee and they charge extra for parking in the garage. Garage elevator was inoperable during stay.

Overnight quick trip

Overall, bed was clean and room was fine. Ceiling tiles were dirty, a bit leaky by the air conditioning ans partially missing in spots. Bathroom waa extremely small. Staff was very welcoming and polite. Didn't find much of a nightlife in the area. Bars open late were loud, dirty and full of a super young crowd.
