The hotel is near the highway so very convenient. Check in was ok. The moment we opened the door we got hit with a funky smell. We figured we can keep the door open and let it just air out. Wishful thinking. When i went to the office to ask for extra pillows and another blanket, Raj asked why i needed another blanket. Then quickly said that he will bring it over later. We had such a good time at the falls we considered staying another night. When i went to ask Raj, he asked if we had a cat in the room....What!!!!. I asked why the would think that and he said because we have a box in the room and the room smelled. He then asked why we had a box in the room. Raj needs to work on his customer service skills.
