Aloha! Wailea Ekolu #604, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, second floor unit which features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed wireless internet, and a washer and dryer. There is a split system air conditioning throughout the unit to keep your environment at the optimal temperature. Both bedrooms feature king beds and updated en suite bathrooms - one with a tub/shower combo and one with a walk-in shower. The bedrooms are separated which allows for some privacy for families or couples who are sharing the unit. The living room provides a queen sleeper sofa as well as A/C, ceiling fans, and a Large SmartTV. BBQ grills are not allowed on individual unit lanais in compliance with fire code restrictions. Community grilling stations are available. Beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and beach towels are provided for your outdoor excursions and books and games are available for quiet evenings in the suite. Dine or just relax on the comfortable lanai while you enjoy spectacular Maui sunsets. You might even spot some whales jumping during whale season. Don't forget to check out one of two heated pools on property. Sleeps 6. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.

Good location in Wailea, although extremely hard to find even with additional directions from property management. Unit is outdated in some areas, but overall ok. Nice view from lanai. Kitchen sink is outdated and appeared to be moldy. Very strong, moldy smell in master bathroom cabinets. Also strong smell from master bedroom AC. Easily visible areas clean, but needs dusting and cleaning in the hard to reach places.

A lovely stay

The property was clean and just as depicted in the photos, with a gorgeous view. We were in town for a wedding and it was easy to walk or Uber to the location, which was one of the big hotels on the beach. Would recommend!

Amazing South Shore views

Great unit at a nice location in Wailea, easy access to the highway and shopping/restaurants. The listing undersold the view, in my opinion - we watched several groups of whales during every meal on the lanai, and the sunsets were amazing. We only had a brief interaction with the host about a minor issue, and they were responsive and professional.

Unfortunately this unit is very tired. Minimal kitchen equipment and what was there has been there for 30 years. You will be gifted 3 rolls of TP, 1 roll of paper towels. For what they charge the owner should be ashamed of the amenities they provide. On a positive note the property mgr was on all our correspondents and request in a very timely manner.

Beautiful condo with view

Great place for our family vacation. The condo had incredible views from all rooms except secondary bedroom and was close to the beach and shopping (walking distance). The condo had a great layout with the 2 bedroom suites separated. The condo had everything we needed for the kitchen and there were beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc everything you need to go to the beach.

property is a great location, good sized unit, views are amazing! had bugs on counters everyday, one of the air conditioning units in one of the bedrooms clicked the whole time. that made for noisy sleeping but the worst was the traffic noise. this unit is close to a busy road. at night it wasn’t too bad but it did wake me up every morning. over all i have this property a 4

Great spot in a well maintained property.

Clean well appointed condo with great views. Some nearby traffic noise when utilizing lani. Slightly hilly but that is what gets the great views and is also great for those early morning walks to one of three nearby coffee shops to start your day. Pool is clean and offers a refreshing dip after day trips. Has choice of shade or sun areas. Pathways surrounded by lush tropical plants and trees.

Straightforward and clear communication, fairly priced, good location. Two nice rooms with their own bathrooms and a bit living space. Great for 2 couples or even 3 with the pull out couch. Easy parking. Lots of stuff you'd want like beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and more. Thanks much!

Very nice property. Well appointed kitchen. Multiple balcony/porch with stunning ocean views and sunsets. Comfortable beds. Convenient, flexible parking. Close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. AC units ran cold and flawless. Good communication and seamless check-in. Top floor unit so nobody above pounding on ceiling. Only slight knock is unit is close to a street that can be noisy at times. Overall would definitely rent again.

Great view

This property has an amazing view but is 20 yards from main hwy in Wailea. My only complaint is the listing didn’t mention the location being right next to a busy street. I’m not sure the map is accurate on the listing. Property management was great and condo complex is our favorite but not our favorite unit. We will be back but to another condo.

Amazing Views

We would come back. The property managers were responsive and the facilities fabulous. It’s just a short walk to the Shops at Wailea and the beach. This is also a great place to kick back and whale watch!
