The Space:

Villa 4 at Villas By The Cove is a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom stand-alone villa designed for comfort, privacy, and island living.



Villa 4 features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two comfortable suites—one with a king bed and one with a queen bed—sleeping up to four adults. Both bathrooms include walk-in showers, and the villa also offers a private ocean-view lanai, perfect for enjoying Maui’s gentle breezes. Thoughtfully designed like a second home, Villa 4 comes stocked with essentials and travel extras: beach towels, iron and ironing board, tupperware, wine glasses, dishwasher pods, clothes drying rack, and more. Basic necessities—linens, bath towels, kitchen rags, travel-size toiletries, and pantry staples like salt, pepper, and olive oil—are also included.



Additional amenities include air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and private parking. Set back in tropical landscaped grounds, Villa 4 combines the charm of old Hawaiʻi with modern comforts, making it an ideal choice for families, friends, or couples seeking a serene Maui getaway.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of Villa 4, including the two private bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living area, and covered lanai.

Guests can enjoy the shared swimming pool, two communal gas BBQ grills, and a complimentary washer and dryer are located on the property.

Two beach chairs, two boogie boards, a beach umbrella, and a cooler are provided for your sun-filled days at the beach.



The Neighborhood:

Villas by the Cove is located 25 feet from The Cove Beach Park where guests can mingle with locals, take surf lessons or body surf in The Cove's consistent small waves. Charley Young Beach, a long stretch of white sand ideal for beach walks and swimming, is another local favorite that's located at the end of the street, about a one minute walk from the property front gate.



Getting Around:

For the active and adventurous traveler, our prime location offers easy access to sunbathing, swimming, surfing, snorkeling, diving, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and whale watching. Also, a golfer's paradise with nearby world-class golf clubs less than 10 minutes away in Wailea and Makena. Restaurants, shops, nightlife, cafes, farmer’s markets, and Kalama Park are within a 5-10 minute walk from Villas By The Cove.

Guests have access to our complimentary private Concierge service for assistance with arranging group activities such as luau's, whale watching and snorkel boat tours, private chefs/caterers, pre-arrival grocery service, in-residence spa services and group transportation.
