The Maui Banyan complex has always been HOTEL-zoned (not apartment zoned).

This affordable one-room studio efficiency unit with king bed is a tropical retreat that has been stylishly remodeled with granite counters and walk-in shower. The unit is equipped with a convenience mini-kitchenette (mini-fridge with separate freezer compartment, coffeemaker, toaster, and microwave, NO stove/oven), large flatscreen TV, and private lanai (patio). Contemporary island-style furnishings and artwork throughout.

The complex has free parking and fantastic sandy Kamaole II Beach is just across the street from the Maui Banyan. Snorkeling, sailing, and dozens of other activities are all nearby. Walk to a great selection of shops and dining options. On-property amenities include two swimming pools, jet spas, complimentary tennis court, gas BBQs, and putting green!

Our units are upgraded, comfortable and clean. We also supply thoughtful extras to help make your stay on Maui as enjoyable as possible:

We have visited Maui Banyan many time. I was a bit taken aback by the unmentioned “Host Fee”. The unit was exactly as expected except for the fact that the patio door curtains were more than difficult to use without the proper hardware. The patio door itself was another level of difficulty.
