This unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the 3rd floor. It is fully air conditioned (split system), has a well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, telephone service with long distance calling to the continental US and Canada, and free WIFI. There is a queen bed with memory foam mattress pad in the master bedroom, split system A/C, a ceiling fan, flat screen TV with cable through Roku app, alarm clock, and full bathroom. The guest room also has a queen bed with memory foam mattress pad, split system A/C, a ceiling fan, and alarm clock. There is a recliner in the living room, split system A/C, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV with Blu-ray. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers (no tub). For outdoor activities, the unit is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, snorkel gear, and sand toys. This unit features two assigned parking stalls. Sleeps 4 people.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

Great Location! Close to beach easy walk across street to access. Nice pool, close to lots of food options as well. We walked to the food truck plaza - which had a great selection. Only issue was the AC in primary bedroom leaked when it ran - so really unusable.

Location is fantastic but when you’re staying for 10 days it would be nice if they left more than 2 wash clothes and 4 towels, especially when they ask you to preserve water. It also would be nice if they provided tissue so you didn’t have to use the limited toilet paper. I still would stay again because I love the location

The place was clean, with ample parking, security and proximity to a great beach and restaurants, grocery. For relaxation, one could probably get along without a car.

Not a bad spot in Kihei. ABC store nearby and a lot of food choices within walking distance. The beach is obviously nearby. The property itself was a bit pricey, but that seems standard for Hawai'i.

4th of July weekend

Stayed beginning of July until 4th of July. Everything was as described. Checking in was a breeze. The location is perfect! Close to many of the restaurants and whatnot, and across the street from Charlie Young beach. We loved it here. Would definitely stay again

Sister’s dream vacation

Homey set up, close to beaches, easy walking to shops, stores. Location was close to another family member in Wailea for a business meeting. Construction on next property that had some activity before 0800 noticed.
