Our guests enjoy an indoor/outdoor lifestyle in a spacious home with:

- 25 minutes from the Airport, south of Kihei in Maui Meadows, Wailea, Maui, Hawaii.
- 5 minutes from the Beaches
- The living room has sliding doors to the pool and patio, where you can enjoy the sunsets and BBQ and relaxing island living. Plenty of comfortable seating, and table, and chairs to enjoy the ocean view, and 55” smart TV where you can watch Netflix with your own account.
- Parking: 3 vehicles can park up driveway on the left side, there's a guest parking sign.
- Please Do Not park in front of the garage.

~Heated Pool~
- Guests use the pool at their own risk.
- No diving permitted.
-No lifeguard or pool alarms are not provided.
- Pool has an extra safety fence with two gates (this fence is not to be removed;
- Guests are fully responsible for the supervision of children and monitoring pool activities.
- Do not leave your children alone in the pool.
- Please close awnings around the pool after each use. Wind will blow it away

We do not have late check-outs, due to the cleaners' schedule. If you have a late flight out, it's best to book an extra night so you can relax before your long flight out!

SPECIFIC RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS STIPULATED BY MAUI COUNTY AS A CONDITION OF B&B VACATION RENTAL PERMIT/LICENSE:BBKM2019/0005

1. Quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which noise in the rental home shall not disturb anyone on a neighboring property.

2. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the rental home is prohibited.

3. Vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area and shall not be parked on the street overnight.

4. No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur. Large gatherings, weddings or wedding receptions, or company events are not permitted. Use of the property for these purposes will immediately cause the rental to be cancelled without a refund. Only registered guests may stay overnight at the home. Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. This is not a loud party house. If that’s what you're looking for, this is not the rental for you. 

5. We have a 90-day cancellation policy. Any cancellations made after 90 days will not be eligible for a refund.

6. No insurance is provided. We encourage our guests to purchase travel and/or trip interruption insurance.

7. VRBO/Home Away may charge service fees beyond our control. The owner receives no part of these fees.
